The company started as YRA Outsourcing and Business Solutions, a sole proprietorship management consultancy firm registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) on August 21, 2016. Its first office was located in Makati City, Philippines, where it provided accounting and tax compliance services to its local clients. Due to the increasing demand for its services, Mr. Aureada incorporated the company as YRA Business Solutions Corp. on July 20, 2018, and registered it with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

 

Since its incorporation, YRA Business Solutions Corp. has expanded its services and clientele, not only in the Philippines but also in other countries such as the United States, Australia, China, India, and Canada. The company has gained a reputation for its excellent service and expertise in the areas of bookkeeping, tax compliance, accounting, payroll processing, HR management, advisory, assurance, company registrations, business process offshore & outsource, and IT solutions, which includes web development and mobile application outsourcing.

 

Despite the challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, YRA Business Solutions Corp. managed to survive and even made an expansion to Lucena City, the CEO's hometown in Quezon Province. On 2021, YRA Business Solutions Corp. became a subsidiary of YRA Holdings Corporation, a holding company founded by Atty. Aureada and currently wholly owned by Mr. Arthur Oliver Sara.. The company has expanded its organizational structure, which includes an excellent passionate team in Accounting and Tax, HR and Recruitment, Financial Management, Payroll Process, Business Structuring and Reporting, IT and Web Development, Client Experience, and Account Management Department.
