On June 20, 2025, the Accounting and Tax Team and Audit and Assurance Team of YRA Business Solutions Corporation (YRABSC) gathered for an insightful Re-Echo Session on “Remedies of Taxpayer Against Tax Audit”, focusing on the applicable rules and procedures under the National Internal Revenue Code (NIRC), Court of Tax Appeals (CTA), and the Local Government Code (LGC).

The session was led by Joshua Rafael Martin, Senior Associate of the Audit and Assurance Department, who shared practical guidance on how taxpayers can respond to tax assessments, audits, and disputes — covering both administrative and judicial remedies.
